Each staff member is an expert in their field and continuously strives to learn more, so they can better serve our organization and ultimately, better support our patients. Nurse
Our full time nurse, Lauren, assists Dr. Smith in both surgery and the clinic setting. She will assist you with scheduling, pre operative education and help you through the healing process. She is available to answer any questions that you have regarding your procedure.
Aesthetic Nurse Injectors
Lisa Allen, RN joined us with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic injecting. She is an expert in helping patients obtain a natural look using Botox and Juvederm as well as Dysport and Restylane. Lisa uses her wealth of knowledge to continuously train other staff on the art of aesthetic injecting. She has worked along side Dr. Smith since 2022.
Erin Halfman, RN joined us in the Spring of 2026 bringing over 5 years experience in aesthetic injecting. She believes aesthetic medicine should restore confidence while preserving each patient's natural beauty.
Insurance Biller
Our best patient advocate is our expert insurance biller, Robbin. In fact, she likely knows more about your insurance company than you do! Robbin knows how to go to bat for our patients and get things done. She will work with your insurance company, so you can focus on your surgery. If you have a question about your insurance, Robbin has the answer.
Receptionist
Our newest team member, Alivia, will greet you with a smile when you arrive to the office and she will be happy to assist you with all of your appointment scheduling needs.
Esthetician
Jennifer has 15 years experience as an esthetician. She has expertise in advanced medical grade treatments such as BBL, MOXI, microneedling, chemical peels and Diamond Glow Facials. She is committed to educating on the importance of proper skin care, product selection and treatments.
Medical Assistant
Melissa assists Dr. Smith in the clinic setting and is also responsible for the never ending responsbility of maintaining inventory.
Office Manager
Cheryl has been with Dr. Smith since day one. She worked as his surgical coordinator for many years and has been his office manager for the past 12 years. She is responsible for the day to day running of the office but you may see her helping out in reception, surgery scheduling or in clinic as needed.
