Wow, I am so grateful. Dr Rick Smith blessed me so much. All the staff was amazing. The price was amazing. I’ve had some scars for 29 years. I’ve talked to two other plastic surgeons that did not want to bother with them. Dr Rick Smith is going to help me. I started to cry in the office and gave him a hug, I am so grateful, praise Jesus.

Dr Smith and his staff were wonderful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I had my original surgery and then he wasn't satisfied with one area so he did another procedure. He worked until we were both happy.

Poor post surgery care-breast reduction resulted in delayed healing. My G.P. referred me to a wound clinic where another plastic surgeon diagnosed me with an allergic reaction to the ointment. I had fatty necrosis that was never adreesed so I have one B/C cup.

I was so glad my boyfriend told me about Dr. Smith. I have a scar on my right cheek from accident on February 24, 2026. A truck drove into my bedroom and knocking all the walls and a big glass window on me. Dr. Smith explained a lot that I didn't know. Dr. Smith is awesome and I would tell anyone to go see him.

Dr. Smith and staff are cordial + easy to talk to. I never felt pushed/rushed into a treatment option. I was never made to feel like my concerns/ questions were dumb. Dr. Smith has a good sense of humor which is refreshing.
One thing that needs improvement is wait times from ck in to seeing the provider.
